Material selection
The first step of making our merchandise is selecting the materials, and comparing properties such as thermal conductivity, strength, flexibility and weight. This ensures the final product functions properly and will meet our performance standards.
Design
The next step is design, drawing inspiration from characters and places in the Lofi Girl universe. Different concepts are experimented with and sketches are born. From there, color, aesthetics, silhouette and any other special details such as embroidery and ink prints are decided.
Test quality
Before bulk-producing, we need to first make sure that the final product meet performance standards. Samples of the product are tested and analysed, including stitchwork and measurements. Attention to detail is critical. If errors are spotted or the product falls short of the standards, the design is adjusted before restarting production.
Logistics
Once production is complete, we work closely with suppliers around the world to ensure the products are produced in the right quantity and ready to be delivered to patient customers on time. The suppliers are also responsible for the packaging, storage, unitization and transport.

These cow slippers are perfect! They are of high quality, they look super cute and the material is easy to clean, especially the sole! For me they're perfect because I always get cold feet when I'm sitting at my PC for hours but with these adorable slippers I don't have this problem anymore. I love them <3

I like the slippers. They are very warm and cozy. Material above is easy to clean and doesn't stain easily from what I can tell after spilling drops of coffee on it. I was able to quickly get rid of them by wiping. One complaint I could have is that the bottom material gets squished easily and takes a long time to fluff up. I hope it doesn't take away from its usability in the long term.

I love these!! I got them fFor my partner, who delightedly put them on and squeaked "Cow slippies!" Yeah, these are wonderful. They are just so cute! With a nice rubber tread, and cozy insides. Perfection!
