Where is my package?

My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?


If your package has arrived defective, destroyed, or otherwise unusable, please contact us via email at support@lofirecords.com

Our customer service team will be happy to figure out a solution to your problem. Please note that we cannot be held liable for, and do not issue refunds or replacements for, minor cosmetic damages suffered in transit.


Is my package lost? I haven't received it yet.


Please contact us at support@lofirecords.com if you did not receive shipping confirmation, or your tracking number is not visible through the online tracking portal.

If your package is labeled as “Delivered" and you have not received it, you will need to contact your local post office with your shipping number. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Can I return an item/make an exchange?

 

All Return/Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the shipment Delivery Date.

Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.

The refund will be a credit available on the shop.

If you made a mistake entering your details, or simply changed your mind after placing an order, there's no need to worry. As long as your package has not yet been shipped, the option to cancel your order will be available to you.


To cancel your order, please send an email to support@lofirecords.com, clearly stating your full name, order number and the reason why you want to cancel your order .

Is shipping available in my country?

 

We deliver our products to all countries. Shipping will be carried out by a third-party courier.

  • Estimated delivery time in America is 8-12 days
  • Estimated delivery time in Europe is  8-12 days (Those living in the European Union will experience a delay on orders placed before December 1st. We are working on delivering the products as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!)
  • Estimated delivery time for the rest of the world 10-15 days
