Do you have some questions about our products?

1. How much is shipping, and where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. The cost depends on your country, the weight and which warehouse your order leaves from — add your items to the cart and use Estimate shipping to see the exact price before you pay.
2. How long will my order take?

Counting from the shipping confirmation email: 8 to 12 working days in Europe and the Americas, 12 to 16 in the rest of the world.

US orders take a little longer — we now import our stock in bulk into our American warehouse before shipping it out.
3. What does pre-order mean?

You reserve a record before it's pressed and pay at checkout. It ships once it reaches our warehouse, which can take several months. Pre-order items are labelled on the product page.

If your order mixes a pre-order with something in stock, it all ships together on the pre-order date — write to us if you'd rather have the in-stock items sooner.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item without giving a reason, and 30 days to ask for a refund or a replacement on any product defect.

Either way it's your call: a refund to your original payment method, or store credit to spend whenever you like. For a defect, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we cover the return label.
