Do you have some questions about our product?
How do I wash the flask?
Our flasks are not dishwasher safe, please wash by hand. Never use bleach or any cleaner that contains bleach as this can cause permanent staining.
What are the dimensions/How much volume can it hold?
The dimensions of the flask are as follows: 23cm (height) x 6.5cm (diameter). It can hold up to 500ml of liquid.
Is it microwave/oven safe?
No, it is not recommended to put stainless steel in the microwave, as it could explode and cause damage.
What is the quality like?
The stainless steel is extremely corrosion resistant and stands strong against rust, water stains, and more. The metal is also highly durable, enabling it to retain its shape and color very effectively, and it's protected against knocks and bumps when travelling.
Is it suitable for food (eg. soup)?
You can definitely use your flask to drink soups, although the body is slim so it may be difficult for storing large chunks of food.
