Big gulp

Pretty happy with the purchase, only thing that is bothering me is that I have to line up the lid to have the mouth hole of the cap to line up. but its never at the angles I want it to be.

Not a deal breaker, but was a bit sad to see that it was a twist on cap and not just a simple push on caps like most tumblers. Overall, still good, keeps me hydrated and keeps the drinks cold for a long time! :)

Tuff!

I used this as my travel cup recently, and it held the ice for at least eight hours, the rest of the time (out of a 12 hr period), I was not paying attention and went to sleep. Lawd knows how airlines throw your bags like they just don't care. This made it in my checked bag, a little ding because I put it next to my heels, but all good. Highly recommended if you have not already purchased.

You can wash the bone china with mild detergent, a soft cloth and warm water to remove most stains or hardened particles. For quick washes, it's also dishwasher safe.
What are the dimensions/How much volume can it hold?
The dimensions of the mug are as follows: 9.5cm (height) x 9cm (bottom diameter) x 10cm (top diameter). It can hold up to 430ml of liquid.
Is the material vegan?
Yes, the new bone china does not contain any animal products, making it a proudly vegan product.
What is the quality like?
Our mugs are made of new bone china and are proudly a vegan product. They contain zero animal products, as opposed to its traditional counterpart, which is composed of bone ash. The calcium oxide added component makes it whiter, finer, and more durable than standard procelain/fine china, and ensuring a long shelf life.
Is it microwave/oven safe?
Yes.
