The first step of making our merchandise is selecting the materials, and comparing properties such as thermal conductivity, strength, flexibility and weight. This ensures the final product functions properly and will meet our performance standards.
Design
The next step is design, drawing inspiration from characters and places in the Lofi Girl universe. Different concepts are experimented with and sketches are born. From there, color, aesthetics, silhouette and any other special details such as embroidery and ink prints are decided.
Test quality
Before bulk-producing, we need to first make sure that the final product meet performance standards. Samples of the product are tested and analysed, including stitchwork and measurements. Attention to detail is critical. If errors are spotted or the product falls short of the standards, the design is adjusted before restarting production.
Logistics
Once production is complete, we work closely with suppliers around the world to ensure the products are produced in the right quantity and ready to be delivered to patient customers on time. The suppliers are also responsible for the packaging, storage, unitization and transport.

How do I wash the mug?
You can wash the bone china with mild detergent, a soft cloth and warm water to remove most stains or hardened particles. For quick washes, it's also dishwasher safe.
What are the dimensions/How much volume can it hold?
The dimensions of the mug are as follows: 9.5cm (height) x 9cm (bottom diameter) x 10cm (top diameter). It can hold up to 430ml of liquid.
Is the material vegan?
Yes, the new bone china does not contain any animal products, making it a proudly vegan product.
What is the quality like?
Our mugs are made of new bone china and are proudly a vegan product. They contain zero animal products, as opposed to its traditional counterpart, which is composed of bone ash. The calcium oxide added component makes it whiter, finer, and more durable than standard procelain/fine china, and ensuring a long shelf life.
Is it microwave/oven safe?
Yes.
