Wholesale Terms & Conditions — Lofi Merch

1. Eligibility
Wholesale access is available to approved retail partners and distributors only.
To qualify, you must operate an active business, store, or online platform aligned with the Lofi Girl brand values.
We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to accounts that do not meet these criteria.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
To benefit from wholesale pricing, a minimum order value of €250 (or equivalent) is required per transaction.
Certain products may also have per-item minimum quantities depending on stock or edition type.
3. Pricing & Discounts
All wholesale prices are confidential and subject to change without prior notice.
Discounts are automatically applied based on quantity tiers, as displayed on your account or the quick-order page.
Prices exclude shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Wholesale partners are expected to maintain brand consistency, reselling our products below the official retail price is not allowed without written approval.
4. Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full at checkout.
We currently accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer (for approved accounts).
In certain cases, we may offer Net 30 terms for recurring partners, subject to approval.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on volume and availability.
Shipments are handled from our French and Chinese warehouses.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance times, or delivery disruptions.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages
All wholesale sales are considered final.
Defective or damaged items may be replaced or credited only if reported within 14 days of delivery, with photos or videos as proof.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. Brand Representation & Resale Policy
Lofi Girl and its sub-brands (including Lofi Merch, Lofi Relics, and Lofi Records) are protected trademarks.
All products must be sold in their original packaging, and must not be altered, repackaged, or rebranded.
Reselling on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc.) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved.
Partners are encouraged to maintain a brand experience aligned with the cozy, warm, and authentic Lofi aesthetic.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, and designs related to Lofi Girl and Lofi Merch are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
No images, videos, or brand assets may be used for commercial promotion without prior written permission.
9. Cancellations
Once confirmed, wholesale orders cannot be modified or canceled unless otherwise approved by our team.
Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on production or fulfillment status.
10. Updates
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in pricing, logistics, or partnership structure.
The latest version will always be available on this page and applies automatically to all future orders.
