Reviews Policy

Your review matters to us! It helps us improve the quality of our products and services, and may guide other consumers in their choice. This policy describes the procedures for the collection, moderation and publication of reviews.
Who may leave a review?
If you have purchased one or more products on our site, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to give your review on such product(s). We use the Judge.me application, and occasionally Trustpilot or other applications offering similar services, in order to collect and display verified reviews on products.
On what conditions are reviews published?
Reviews from verified purchasers are published on our Site in their entirety, on the page of the relevant product, from the most recent to the oldest or in the order of your choice depending on the option you have selected in the relevant tool accessible in the reviews area. Depending on your degree of satisfaction, you may choose to award each product a number of stars between 1 and 5. On the product page, the number of stars corresponds to the average of the reviews published on the relevant product.
On our site, we reserve the right to refuse to publish any review:
• containing unlawful statements (in particular insulting, defamatory or discriminatory statements);
• not issued by a verified purchaser or not concerning the correct product;
• posted several times by the same purchaser for the same product;
• biased, unfair or issued in a situation of conflict of interest;
• containing advertising or promotional statements;
• containing statements unrelated to the products, services or the site itself.
Judge.me and Trustpilot.com may proceed to delete reviews if the review contains content infringing their terms of use (insults, fake reviews by competitors, advertisements, spam, private information).
3. How to report abuse?
If you believe that a review is false or does not comply with our conditions, you may report it by email at the address privacy@lofigirl.com. We will verify the review and take the necessary measures.
4. No consideration
No consideration (whether monetary or in kind) is offered in exchange for reviews.
Changes to the policy
The Privacy Policy terms have been drafted in French. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translated versions of the Privacy Policy, the French version shall prevail.
